Metro North Driver's License Class Action

We have filed a class action lawsuit against Metro North Railroad to hold the Railroad accountable for its repeated violations of its employees' rights under the federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA). The class action claims that for the past several years Metro North has violated the DPPA by obtaining the state DMV drivers license information of its employees without the written consent of its employees.

If you work for Metro North and have a non-CDL license (that is, you have a regular driver's license, not a Commercial Driver's License), you may be a member of the class and qualify for money damages. If you think you could be a class member, click here to fill out our Contact Form information (indicating in the Comment box that you are interested in the DPPA Class Action), or call us at 1-800-654-RAIL.
